VILLA 5A, QUINTA DA SAUDADE

Nestling in the peaceful country setting of an old hillside farm estate and set amid orange, almond and olive trees, the Quinta da Saudade is a small privately owned estate.  There are two pools, a children’s play area, a tennis court and a restaurant/bar that has been converted from the original farmhouse building.  It is a forty minute drive from Faro Airpot

There are riding stables at the Quinta with fabulous horses that can be taken out for gallops across the dunes or slow hacks through the countryside.

Villa 5a is a fully air-conditioned 2 bedroomed villa enjoying a fabulous view over the upper pool towards the sea.  This villa has full internet access.

Both bedrooms have beds with zip and link mattresses which give you the choice of two super king doubles, four singles or a combination.  There is a choice of both summer and winter duvets and electric blankets for winter use.

The sitting room/dining room has a wood-burning stove for winter months and a smart TV.  The bathroom is tiled throughout with a bath, shower, WC and heated towel rail

The villa has a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with marble work surfaces and has recently been refurbished.  It has a fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle amongst its equipment.  The washing machine is housed separately to reduce noise.

French doors lead from the sitting room to a small terrace overlooking the Quinta’s top pool.  There is a further sheltered terrace with barbecue area is to the side.  The roof is extremely spacious, furnished with sun lounger,s table and chairs and can be used for private sunbathing.

The villa has a wall safe to protect your valuables.  A full linen change at the end of each week is provided.  Clients are asked to bring their own beach towels.

The Quinta is within each reach of wonderful un-crowded beaches and restaurants.  You can enjoy long walks, bird watching or a round of golf at the nearby Salgados Golf Course.

The rent includes the use of all the amenities at the Quinta, except for the tennis court.  Clients will be charged for logs and electricity during the winter months only.  Bookings are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, but if your holiday has to start on specific days, please let me know
