Quinta da Saudade is an exclusive privately owned estate constructed around an old Portuguese farmhouse located five miles west of Albufeira and just one mile from the sea and the Salgados Golf Course.

The comprehensive facilities of the Quinta provide all of the essential ingredients for a relaxed holiday.  The original farmhouse has been converted into a restaurant which, in addition to a varied a la carte menu, offers a specialist vegetarian choice.

The Quinta has two beautiful pools, a toddlers’ pool and play area, and a poolside bar offering a good range of lunchtime snacks.  There is also an all weather tennis court that can be hired by the hour.

There are Riding Stables at the Quinta with fabulous horses that can be taken out for gallops across the dunes or slow hacks through the countryside.

Casa do Mestre is a detached villa situated on the edge of Quinta Da Saudade, a short walking distance from all the facilities but just far enough away to afford seclusion when desired.

Accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms and one bathroom.  The villa sleeps a maximum of four but we can add an extra bed or cot if required.  The sitting room has a satellite television with a DVD player with a selection of family DVDs.  There is also a radio/CD player.   The kitchen has been completely re-fitted and has a microwave. The villa has a large terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers.

Casa Mestre Villa at Quinta Da Saudade has to air-condition.

All bed linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels.  Maid service is provided during the week.

Logs and electricity are charged as extras during the winter months.
